This homeowner in Bardstown, KY came home to quite the mess when a pipe busted, damaging flooring, cabinets, and drywall. SERVPRO of Bullitt & North Nelson Counties started removing the water damaged materials, setting up equipment, and restoring as much structural material as possible. Notice in the photo that the cabinets and flooring were removed. Once water has reached a certain level of saturation in structural materials, they cannot be salvaged. Remember to check for leaks frequently and to take immediate action when water damage is discovered.
