1/4/2021 (Permalink)
SERVPRO is here to help our clients when disaster strikes in Bullitt & N. Nelson County Commercial locations. We offer storm, water, mold repair and fire restoration for any business in the area.
STEPS to the Rebuilding Process
1) BOARD-UP and ROOF-TARP
Commercial restoration specialists board-up holes in windows, doors, and walls. We also put up tarps on broken or roof sections that are missing.
2) SMOKE, SOOT & WATER REMOVAL
The next step is for the technicians to remove hazardous residue such as smoke and soot. SERVPRO uses special equipment and methods to remove the hazardous material. If there is water damage caused by the sprinkler system, then the water is removed by using ventilation and dehumidifiers to dry the area.
3) CLEANING & SANITIZING
Fires and water damage leave behind bacteria that are harmful to customers and employees in commercial settings. Our technicians will clean and sanitize items and the damaged structures. We also use products such as industrial air scrubbers to remove strong smelling odors.
4) FINAL PHASE- BUILDING RESTORATION
The restoration or "Fire Rebuild" is when the professionals conduct full reconstruction of the commercial office. Minor repairs such as replacing carpets, painting and adding new dry wall are completed. The fire restoration process when conducted by SERVPRO can help your business get back to operating quickly and efficiently.
