Roof area that was ripped off by a tornado

When the tornadoes and high winds hit parts of Kentucky on April 13, 2022, there was extensive damage to homes and business. SERVPRO of Bullitt & N. Nelson Counties was first on the scene to help when a homeowner had part of their roof ripped off of their home. 

We had our crew out immediately to get the roof tarped and begin the damage assessment. The homeowner was visibly shaken up and had a lot of questions regarding the process. We sat with her and walked her through all of the steps of mitigation and repairs. By the time we left she was assured that we were doing everything we could to help her.
