A Leak can go Undetected for Days

All of the kitchen cabinets had to be removed so we could remove the flooring. Once the floor was removed, we can dry out the area.

The homeowners were unaware of a leak in their kitchen sink for several days and didn't notice the damage until the floor was soft. (It's always a good idea to keep the cabinet clear of clutter so you can catch a leak sooner than later.) By the time SERVPRO was able to rescue the homeowner, the water soaked through an extra board in the cabinet, under the cabinet, down to the subfloor, and the water made its way into the next room; damaging the floor in the bathroom.
