Mold Grows Wild

This new homeowner in Louisville, KY was thrilled to buy an older home to renovate and restore back to its former glory. However, as the renovation begin it became clear that Mold was going to be a major issue. Take a look at this photo. Notice the Mold growth on the ceiling joist.
